**Technical Specialist Expert e-mobility M/F/d**:

In this position, you will be responsible for improving customer satisfaction by providing expertise and responsiveness both during commissioning and in the resolution of faults. Reporting to the Operations Manager of the activity, you will work in compliance with ABB processes and safety rules.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Assist on-site teams and service partners in the installation and commissioning of chargers, either on-site or remotely.
- Perform technical support on chargers: as soon as a ticket is opened, prioritize tasks to identify technical problems through an initial diagnosis, and implement a solution, followed by a functional test.
- Manage ticketing tools (opening/closing/escalating tickets).
- Develop the customer relationship, by bringing pedagogy during your interventions.
- Be vigilant and ensure that all parts, documentation and equipment are available according to the requirements of each intervention.
- To improve our processes, by proposing ways to develop our processes for better customer satisfaction, always in the prism of cost - quality - deadlines.

**Your background**:

- At least 2 years of higher education with a specialization in power electronics/electrical engineering or equivalent.
- At least 3 years experience as a Low Voltage technician, preferably in troubleshooting or electrical design.
- Experience with high power electric vehicle chargers would be a plus.
- Fluent English and French required.
- No obstacle for travel (in France, sometimes abroad - up to 15% of your time).
- Reactivity, autonomy, rigor, customer and project orientation.
- Strong awareness of Health, Safety and Security rules: HSE is everyone's business.
