In this role, you will manage the execution of projects and services from order receipt to warranty completion while ensuring that related activities are performed in accordance with ABB policy, contractual agreements, quality standards, health, safety and environmental obligations, financial targets and time commitments.

**This position reports to**:
Sales Operations Manager

**Your responsibilities**:

- Oversee the execution of projects, ensuring that all related activities are performed in accordance with ABB policy, contractual agreements, quality standards, health, safety and environmental obligations, financial targets and time commitments.
- Develop and maintain close relationships with internal and external stakeholders, communicate effectively with all stakeholders and serve as the primary point of contact for the customer to escalate project issues.
- Manage all aspects of the project according to the criteria agreed with the client, ensuring that all technical, financial, quality and safety objectives are met.
- Act as an interface between the customer and the plants.
- Define all project planning documents related to scope, budget, schedule and risk management and follow up.
- Identify, qualify, quantify, manage project risks and find appropriate solutions.
- Formalize feedback and ensure that the project is formally closed, as contractually agreed.

**Your background**:

- At least 5 years of higher education from an engineering or business school with a project management specialization.
- At least 1 year of professional experience as a project manager.
- Proven experience in managing project scope, costs, schedules and suppliers/subcontractors.
- Knowledge of MS project and SAP would be a plus.
- Fluent French and English both written and spoken: regular exchanges with factories located in Europe.
- Strong communication skills, good interpersonal skills, solution oriented, team player.
- No obstacles to frequent travel (25% of the time).
- Strong awareness of Health, Safety and Security rules: HSE is everyone's business.
