**Responsable RH**:

- The HR Manager is part of the Human Resource function and reporting to hierarchically to Market Director and functionally to the Region HRBP.
- At mid-senior experience level, the HR Manager is responsible for coaching and consult leadership about HR matters; to lead the Market’s HR agenda aligned with global HR strategy (recruitment, development, reward, performance management process etc) and to develop an employee-oriented culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement, retention and high performance to build a competitive organization and reach business goals.- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Collaborate with the management team on organisational design changes, strategic planning and implement recruitment and selection program (internal/external) to align with, and meet business demand and HR cost control in line with HQ guidelines to improve efficiency and effectiveness;
- Advise/influence management decisions that carry short-/long-term human capital implications in line with business direction;
- Lead the standard recruiting and hiring practices and procedures and define onboarding procedures in alignment with our company culture
- Develop training and development plans based on business needs, Yearly Performance and Talent Identification Process for the maerket including Training to Managers and Employees, supporting them in identifying professional development opportunities
- Develop/review talent management for critical leadership positions and develop talent readiness/transition actions ;
- Enforce management guidelines by ensuring compliance of all HR processes & policies as well as creating local required processes & policies in line with group guidelines and employment regulations;
- Provide an employee-oriented, high-performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, continuous improvement and standards, using coaching and development approach.
- ABOUT YOU- Bachelor or Master Degree in in Human Resources, Business Administration, Legal or equivalent
- Up to 5 years of experience in HR Management role
- / experience in Recruitment and/or Training and/or Development Specialist roles
- Preferred experience in HR role at services and/or sales departments in an international context
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Solid knowledge of the key principles of employment law, compensation, employee relations.
- Data literacy and business acumen / Ability to interpret KPI and budgeting
- Ability to work with HR ERP (SAP-SF or Oracle)
- Capability to work in matrix organization and across functions
- Good organization skills, problem solving and decision making ability
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to listen, effectively verbalise ideas, support and motivate staff
