The Product Manager Downstream Marketing Europe is responsible of the marketing product strategy of the single-use portfolio which will drive the growth of this business. The marketing strategy includes all the aspects of B2B marketing.

Mission

Design and execute the marketing strategy of the single-use portfolio in urology (focus on BPH-treatment) in Europe with qualitative and quantitative analysis.
Create a strong relationship with key opinion leaders in medical area.
Define and lead the strategy to develop the business in Europe according to the company objectives.
Articulate the action plan to execute the marketing strategy from market analysis to event management with the various stakeholders (IMC (Marcom), RA, Compliance, Medical, upstream teams, commercial, finance, comex )
Coordinate forecast, manage budget and design value propositions.
Collaborate to the professional education curriculum and can contribute to endourology marketing activities.

Profil

Master’s degree in marketing and/or medical with 3-4 years of experience in healthcare, regulated environment.
Fluent in English and an ability to travel up to 50%.
Working relationships with individuals inside & outside the organization with ethical integrity.
Demonstrates a continuous desire to understand, learn with an extremely high attention to details and follow through.
Effective organizational, analytical, creative, and critical thinking skills and passionate.

**Proficiency in Microsoft office**: advanced of PowerPoint, AdobePro and knowledge with Cvent.
