The internal audit also issues recommendations, for the auditees to set up and implement action plans, addressing the weaknesses identified, hence contributing to strengthen the Group’s internal control and its operational performance.

**The main missions for the internal auditor are**:

- Within the Internal audit department, reporting to the Internal audit director and working closely with the 2 other Internal auditors: the internal auditor participates in audit missions to identify weaknesses in the processes and deviations versus the internal procedures, on specific domains or processes.
- The internal auditor performs audit work such as analytical reviews, data analysis, audit testings, description of processes and performs the related internal control questionnaires, conduct audit interviews with the process owners and other stakeholders.
- The internal auditor validates the findings with the auditees, and writes the findings and the recommendations.
- He /she also participates to the writing of the Executive summary.
- After the audit mission, the internal auditor evaluates the action plans set up by the auditees, and evaluates the actions implemented.

**Your profile**:
Education: Master 2 or Graduate from a Business school, with a specialization in Audit and Controlling/ or Finance/Accounting.
First successful professional experience of 2-5 years, in positions in Audit/ Internal audit/ Internal control/ Process & Methods/ Controlling/Accounting/ Financial control.

Rigor, organization, analytical and conceptual skills.
Pack Office knowledge and agility with information systems, ideally knowledge of one ERP.
Strong communication skills in English, both written and orally.

International business trips (in average, one week per month).

**Professional mobility**:
The Internal audit jobholder, after a successful experience of 2 to 4 years, will evolve to a position in Finance and Controlling, or in another Support function, either in the Corporate Headquarters, or in one of our 50 affiliates located in 37 countries.
