We are looking for our CRM and Promotions Assistant (F/M) for a 6-month internship.

You help ensure the proper implementation of marketing campaigns in the commercial calendar (promotional and thematic) and customer CRM campaigns.

**Your missions**:

- 1.CRM:

- Competition benchmark
- 2.Retail promotions and events:

- Assistance in developing the marketing communications plan
- Help coordinate the different players (graphic designers, DTP, digital team, stats team) to guarantee understanding of each promotion/retail animation by all teams
- Participation in the brief with the store operational team for each campaign
- Post-mortem consolidation of each promotion (KPIs, store set-up, 360°, benchmark per promotion)
- Competition benchmark
- 3. Visual signage:

- Briefing of the creative and visual merchandising teams for each retail event (atrium, pop up, temporary in-store events, customer events)
- Guarantor of in-store signage (pylons, A5, digital screens)
- 4. Customer Events:

- Help build Salesforce lists based on a specific targeting/customer strategy
- 5. Monitoring CRM activity performance:

- Compilation of dashboards for each campaign
- Participation in making presentations

**Your profile**:
You are preparing a Master’s level diploma
You ideally have a similar first experience, in CRM or Retail Marketing (knowledge of Department Stores and the world of luxury is a plus).
You must be fluent in French and English.
You are recognized for your dynamism, your creativity and your attraction to figures and analyses.
