Integrated into the Europe & Middle East legal department of DFS and in close contact with the legal team located in Hong Kong, you will be fully involved in the management of the legal affairs of Samaritaine department store. You will work on cross-functional missions, both in support of lawyers and as advice to operational contacts in the following areas:
- Assistance in the drafting and negotiation of commercial/marketing/purchasing contracts (distribution contracts/single agreements/CGV, partnerships, provision of services, etc.)
- Advice to operational staff in distribution, competition and consumer law
- Preparation of training and participation in training sessions
- More generally, legal research and writing of notes
**PROFILE**:
- Master 2 in business law with specialization in competition law, distribution and/or CRFPA training - Double training in Anglo-Saxon countries appreciated
- Good knowledge of distribution and contract law, particularly through a previous internship in a firm or company, ideally in the distribution sector.
- Fluency in English essential
- Mastery of computers
