As a member of MANGOPAY's legal team, you will be working on a broad range of topics relating to the regulated fintech sector and digital law, with a specific focus on privacy and data protection. You will report to the Privacy team, but will also work with the other Legal teams (Regulatory and Business).

The internship is available for 6 months as soon as possible. You will be based in our Paris office (remote work possible).

Your tasks will include:

- With the whole Legal team:

- Creating guidance and best practice documents for operational teams;
- Updating the legal department database;
- Participating in regulatory and legal watch; Legal research on topics related to payment services, digital law and contract law.

- With the Regulatory and Business teams: drafting termination and formal notice letters; making European claims declarations and contract management (archiving and managing our contract database).

**Qualifications**
- You have (or are in the process of obtaining) a Master 2 in Law, ideally with a specialization in digital law, privacy law, business law, and/or banking and finance law.
- You have excellent speaking and writing skills in French and English.
- You have good interpersonal skills, you can work independently and you're responsive.
