Rattaché(e) à la DSI Corporate du Groupe ORPEA, vous assurez la fonction de Technical Leader Workplace.
Véritable référent technique, vous serez le point de contact privilégié pour tout sujet touchant au Workplace (notamment AD, GPO, outil de télédistribution et gestion de parc).
Vous devrez à la fois maitriser le périmètre existant et en assurer un suivi quotidien, et travailler à son évolution ou à de nouveaux projets.
Votre le rôle consistera notamment à:
1/ Sur les activités de Build
Au sein d’équipes projets, participer à la conception et mise en œuvre des solutions d’infrastructures en collaboration avec les architectes
Participer à la réalisation d’études, benchmarks et POC
Réaliser des audits techniques sur l’infrastructure
Vérifier et analyser les impacts techniques des nouvelles solutions en termes de sécurité, performance et exploitation
Assurer les phases de transition (Build to Run) et de mise en production des projets d’infrastructures
Coordonner les actions techniques réaliser par les divers intervenants
Rédiger les documents d’exploitation
dispenser des formations
Mettre à jour les outils de monitoring et référentiels (CMDB, base documentaire)
Entretenir une expertise sur les solutions en place et assurer une veille technologique
2/ Sur les activités Run
En partenariat avec notre infogérant (dans un contexte de transformation de l’organisation et de changement d’infogérant)
Coordonner les changements du domaine issus de projets ou de plan d’actions correctives
Gestion et suivi des demandes et des changements réalisés par l’infogérant
Participer aux cellules de crise et intervenir en support N3 sur incidents graves, et
Participer à la mise à jour applicative des serveurs en HO ou HNO
Assurer un suivi quotidien du Ticketing d’incident / Problèmes / changements du domaine Workplace
Réaliser des inventaires et revues de comptes de manière récurrente
Suivre et participer au plan de gestion de l’obsolescence Hardware et Software
Suivre et analyser le capacity plannning et gestion de la disponibilité des éléments de votre domaine technique. Proposer des plans d’actions d’évolution en cas d’alerte.
