**About the Role**

**What you will be doing**:

- Be accountable for the success of the development initiatives of the Personified Tools team
- Be the main engineering entrypoint for the team, which is located in Serbia, and work in close partnership with the product manager, the product designer and the data engineers working on the same scope
- Coordinate execution, to determine the best technical approach to delivering the product, and to expose the tradeoffs made between delivery timelines and technical debt
- Lead technically, contribute to the developments, and mentor the developers of the team
- Have a deep understanding of the business, product strategy, and roadmap context

**About you**:

- Proficiency in Node.JS and React.
- Prior experience within a leadership position, with the ability to lead technically and mentor other developers.
- Experience within a Business to Business environment with a focus on data within a self-service user interface.
- Prior experience leading a team both on-site and remotely.
- Experience in data engineering or prior collaboration with data engineers
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
