Join the Beauty Marketing team and take part in shaping the future of our Beauty categories at dsm-firmenich — including Hair Care, Bath & Shower, Deodorant, and Skincare. Throughout your apprenticeship, you’ll be mentored by a Senior Marketing Manager who will support your growth and help you develop valuable professional skills.

**Your key responsibilities**:

- Trends spotting to identify new consumer needs on the different beauty categories: Bath & Shower, Deodorant, Hair Care, Skincare.
- Analyse market data and consumer insights to identify new business opportunities
- Build the category fundamentals (quarterly global market reviews, newsletter, category deep dives) in collaboration with local Marketeers and olfactive development teams
- Creation of impactful presentations across various beauty categories, including the development of visual assets (images and videos).
- Contribute to the deployment of fragrance innovations for Beauty categories
- Organize internal and external beauty events to promote the company activities in collaboration with various stakeholders
- Animate the internal online beauty sharing platform
- Support the Beauty Marketing Managers in their day-to-day needs

**You bring**:

- Marketing or Business degree
- Strong interest in cosmetics & fragrances
- Marketing acumen and data-driven
- Project management: excellent organisational, time-management, multi-tasking, problem-solving and follow-up skills with attention to detail
- Comfortable to work in pluri-disciplinary, cross functional & global teams
- Good communication skills
- Creativity and proactivity
- Initiative-taking, dynamism and curiosity
- Master Pack office (Excel, PPT, Word)
- Social media savvy
- Digital tools proficiency (AI content generation tools, Canva, InDesign is a plus)
- Fluency in English
