- As a Key Account Manager for Local and Regional clients in France and Belgium, you aim to deliver sales and profit growth through direct customer relationship building, and to manage internal resources and fragrance development projects in line with the company strategy.- If you are passionate at delivering on the customer sales target and delivering new wins in all key categories, then this role will allow you to make an impact.- This role will be based in Argenteuil, France.- In this exciting role, reporting to the Sales Director Local & Regional, you will:
- **Deliver profitable business growth **for a portfolio of local and regional clients in all key categories (fabric, home, personal care and oral care)
- **Build and expand winning customer relationships **with a variety of client stakeholders in the FMCG, retail and pharmaceutical industries
- **Effectively manage projects, **working closely with creative, development, sales teams and business partners within Givaudan. Planning and driving account activities including defending the existing business while attacking new opportunities.
- **Explore new areas of growth **based on proactive client opportunities, market trends, consumer insight analysis and in line with the regional strategic priorities

- Graduate from Business School or equivalent higher degree
- 5-7 years overall experience
- 3+ years commercial functional/technical experience in the fragrance and flavours industry
- Strong drive and determination to achieve
- Agility and entrepreneurship
- Native French speaker and fluent in English
- Project Management skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and experience in managing activities remotely
- Business and commercial insight
- Strategic and marketing thinking
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
