**Votre rôle et vos missions**:
The Investments Department oversees the investments of insurance entities of the AXA Group in France and in some Euro Zone countries (Italy, Spain, Luxembourg).

It is composed of 4 teams: one team in charge of the Unit Linked products structuring and monitoring, and 3 teams dedicated to General Accounts investments : 1) the Asset & Liability management team recommands long term investment strategy 2) the Investments & Allocation team is in charge of investment expertises and is charge of investments implementation and 3) the Investment Monitoring team is responsible for the financial data management, financial steering in Local and IFRS Gaap and investments reportings (economic & accounting).

The Investment Monitoring team is responsible for the management of the data bases of the financial assets and the improvement/maintenance of the IT tools, the financial forcasting and steering in Local and IFRS Gaap and the investments reportings (economic and accounting) for all the portfolios of insurance companies representing roughly 240 billions euros of assets, over more than 35 entities.

The investment analyst will be part of the Forecast Monitoring responsible for:

- Investment result analysis and investment controlling
- Assets modeling and projection in order to produce forecasts and strategic plans
- Portfolio steering to achieve target results in Local and IFRS Gaap
- P&L and balance sheet optimization

The team has direct and regular relationships with Local and Group Performance Monitoring teams, Risk management teams, accounting teams and business lines.

The mission is to provide the portfolio investment results analysis on the AXA entities portfolios by producing regular reports and ad hoc reports to the stake holders, supporting the delivery of the strategic plan for investments:

- Lead on the monitoring and the analysis of the P&L of the portfolios
- Lead on the design and production of the investment results analysis on a timely basis.
- Lead the transformation and simplification reporting processes
- Lead on the development/improvement of forecasting solutions
- Control the accounting investment results and help the accounting teams to improve data quality
- Support the Head of Forecast Monitoring in delivery of change/one-off projects
- Support the implementation of AXA France investment strategies

**Votre profil**:
Technical skills
- Strong analytical skills with experience of performing complex analysis on large data sets
- Good communication and presentation skills, both written and oral
- Ability to quickly understand complex issues and grasp new concepts
- Ability to manage multiple projects involving various departments/divisions
- Knowledge of investment instruments and asset management or insurance business
- Knowledge of accounting principles and IFRS 9/17 is a plus
- Programming skills, particularly Python, is a plus
- English: fluent
