Product Manager B2B

**Job Description Summary**: This role is a key marketing position at the core of BD Medication Delivery Solutions (MDS) growth and development strategy, with two main areas of responsibilities: Pharma Companies and Portfolio Optimization for B2B EMEA.

The main focus of the position is to support the development and execution of the marketing strategy to grow the MDS B2B EMEA business with Pharma Companies. You will be instrumental in identifying the strategic market trends and business growth dynamics to leverage. Your contribution will be critical to the selection of product portfolio priorities, elaboration of the service offering and value proposition for the Pharmaceutical Companies, CROs and CDMOs.

The portfolio optimization role is also critical to ensure smooth roll out with customers of the discontinuation of low runners and obsolete products, ensuring sales force and customers are informed on time to plan switch to alternative products, an appropriate safety stock is built and depleted in a timely manner, and sales force trained to communicate positively to customers as well as to promote the appropriate products.

**Product Manager EMEA Pharma - 70%**

**Main Responsibilities**
- Analyse market sizes, trends and dynamics
- Based on the analysis of customer needs, participate to the development of associated strategic development and busiess cases (product, data for pharma companies, other)
- Be part of the definition of the value proposition for Pharma Companies, CRO and CDMOs
- Work on the development of internal training programs and tools,
- Design and deliver marketing campaigns and communication tools towards targeted customers
- Leverage connection with BD Pharmaceutical Systems also working on this segment but with a complementary offer
- Collaborate and work effectively with the EMEA marketing team, the global B2B team, as well as with Regulatory and Quality teams.

**Porfolio Optimization Coordinator - 30%**

**Main Responsibilities**
- Coordinate the implementation of optimization for the B2B segments and customers of the portfolio residing in the various MDS Product Platforms.
- Anticipate and shape communication for portfolio evolutions
- Monitor on a European and B2B Country level the implementation of the portfolio evolutions
- Leverage EMEA Marketing to develop innovative communication for the related changes
- Coach the local Business Development Managers in the portfolio evolution
- Be the liaison between EMEA MDS project manager and the B2B team

**Additional Qualifications**
- Masters degree in Marketing, Economics and/or Scientific/Pharmacy studies
- 3+ years experience in Healthcare, Medical Devices or Pharmaceutical preferred
- International or European marketing experience is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
- Demonstrated Project management skills
- Fluent in English. A further major European language would be an advantage
- Willingness to travel around 20%-30%
