**Descriptif du poste**
- Nous cherchons notre futur.e Technical Customer Delivery pour renforcer notre équipe Delivery _
Au sein de cette équipe tu auras les missions suivantes:
- Appréhender et comprendre l’architecture de notre outil
- Etudier les besoins clients et établir une analyse fonctionnelle de leur(s) requête(s)
- Paramétrage, recette unitaire et assistance à la recette client sur l’ensemble des interventions effectuées pour le compte des clients sur leurs environnements
- Participer en interne aux projets d’amélioration des processus et de l’outil
- Assurer à distance le suivi du paramétrage
- Suivre la relation client et être le garant de la qualité de la livraison du produit ainsi que de la satisfaction client
**Profil recherché**
- Tu as des bases en Programmation, Data Science ou es issu.e d’une formation en monétique
- Tu as le sens du customer success
- Tu as une forte capacité d’analyse
- Tu es reconnu.e pour ton aisance orale et écrite
- Tu es doté.e d’une curiosité professionnelle
- Tu as des connaissances du milieu de la lutte anti fraude et du paiement
- Tu aimes les gâteaux fait maison

**Déroulement des entretiens**
Notre process de recrutement s’articule en trois étapes:
- Un premier call avec notre Talent Acquisition
- Un Use Case avec l’un de nos managers techniques
- Un Final Meeting avec notre CEO, Brice
