Index Structuring Intern

To complement our team of index structuring and business development experts, we are looking for a driven individual to support the team on both index management and marketing support.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Enhancing the index library with new tools (new calculation formula, risk models, performance attributions)- Develop scripts to simulate investment strategies and automate reporting- Ensuring consistency of internal databases, data quality checks for indices design- Doing market research to identify areas of growth- Assist in the definition of new index methodologies adapted to the demands of end investors- Assist on the operations for index creation
- Profile:
- Master’s Degree in Business / Finance / Audit / Law
- Skills :_- English: full professional proficiency is required- Rigorous, curious and autonomous- Hands-on approach and attention to details- Team player and Intercultural competence and excellent communication skills- ESG expertise is a plus- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel and Word and Python
