**Location: Paris, France or Geneva, Switzerland**

DSM-Firmenich is a global leader in the Perfumery & Beauty industry, providing innovative solutions to customers around the world. We are currently seeking a Director of Transformation and Change Management to join our team and drive the transformation necessary for the business unit's continued success.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the design, development, and implementation of transformation initiatives to achieve business objectives, including strategic planning, business process re-engineering, and technology enablement.
- Establish and maintain a change management framework to ensure successful adoption of new processes, technologies, and ways of working across the business unit.
- Provide thought leadership and expertise in change management best practices, and collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to develop and execute change management plans.
- Develop and ensure that training and coaching plan are delivered to enable leaders and teams to effectively manage change, and provide guidance on change management tools and techniques.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, project teams, and external partners, to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the transformation.
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of transformation initiatives, and make recommendations for continuous improvement based on data-driven insights.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration for successful project outcomes: Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships, address conflicts, and align stakeholders with project goals and objectives.
- Develop and implement performance metrics, KPIs, and targets, and regularly monitor and report on progress towards achieving them, identifying areas for improvement and taking corrective action as necessary.

**You bring**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in leading and managing transformational change initiatives in a global context, with a track record of delivering results.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive them to successful completion.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, with a focus on achieving shared goals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
