Répertoire Culinaire is specialised in the importation and distribution of high quality food products, either chilled, ambient or frozen. We operates in the United Kingdom, Italy, France, Germany the United Arab Emirates, Hong Kong, Macau, Vietnam, Cambodia,Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore and Australia.
Our customer base is composed of Restaurants, Hotels, Independent Delicatessens, Retailers and prestigious Food Halls.

Repertoire Culinaire is part of a family-controlled group whose origins lie in the production of premium Charcuterie, Foie Gras and other Delicatessen products in France.

**Post description**
- **Develop and manage customer accounts**, maintaining strong relationships with chefs, F&B managers, and purchasing teams.
- **Promote and sell the company’s range of premium products** (cheese, charcuterie, meat, seafood, etc.) to existing and new customers.
- **Achieve sales targets and objectives** as set by the Commercial Director.
- **Identify new business opportunities** within your segment to increase market penetration.
- Provide **product information, support, and tastings** to customers when required.
- Handle **order processing and follow-up** in coordination with the customer service team.
- Assist in **collection of payments** and ensure timely settlements.
- Prepare and submit **weekly activity and sales reports**.
- Collaborate with the procurement team to provide market feedback on customer needs and product trends.

**Profile required**
- **Fluent in English** (spoken and written).
- **Experience in sales within the food service, hospitality, or FMCG industry** (imported products preferred).
- **Proficient in Microsoft Office** (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proactive, organized, and able to work independently as well as within a team.
- Passion for food and fine ingredients is a plus.
