**Objectifs de la fonction**:

- Ipsen est un groupe biopharmaceutique mondial focalisé sur l’innovation et la médecine de spécialité, qui a pour vocation d’améliorer la vie des patients en proposant des médicaments innovants et différenciés en oncologie, dans les neurosciences et les maladies rares._

Dans votre mission au sein de la Direction financière France, vous contribuerez au suivi de la performance de la filiale commerciale et à la préparation des budgets.

**Principales responsabilités et tâches**
- Suivi du niveau de stock de la filiale
- vérification des niveaux de stocks de sécurité et futurs approvisionnements - suivi des dates de péremption
- autres contrôles récurrents
- Suivi des coûts logistiques de notre prestataire 4PL (volumétrie et tarification) - Suivi réguliers des indicateurs opérationnels dans le cadre des réunions mensuelles (internes / externes):

- Pour revue en interne (stock de sécurité et prévisionnel vs. réalisé)
- Pour discussion avec notre partenaire 4PL (délai de transport, casse, réclamations clients )
- Suivi des ventes & contrôle des avoirs émis
- Comparaison entre chiffre d’affaires prévisionnel et réalisé *- Suivi des limites de crédit / délai de paiement / relance client
- Suivi, mise en place et communication des prix (prestataire 4PL, fiches tarifs ) - Suivi des Opex:

- Comparaison entre prévisionnel et réalisé
- Accompagnement des budget holders dans leur suivi des engagements de dépenses
- Support au contrôleur de gestion dans les différents exercices financiers (budget, forecast )
- Analyses ad hoc à destination du management Expériences / Qualifications

**Formation / Diplômes**:

- Bac +4/5, Ecole de commerce type ESC / IAE

**Expérience**:

- Un précédent stage ou une alternance en contrôle de gestion/finance/audit est un plus

Langues:

- Anglais professionnel
