**The communication department is looking for a Corporate relations Manager on permanent contract to**
**Support and execute the corporate relations strategy across Warner Bros. Discovery, with a focus on sports-related events and trade events across the WBD Sports business.**
**Responsibilities**:
- **
Project Management of Key Corporate Relations Client Events**
- Support the planning and operational execution of global events including Grand Slam Tennis, Cycling, Golf, the Olympic Games and other major sporting events
- Operational lead on multiple internal and external events throughout the year including Cocktail Events, Internal Celebrations, Screenings and other special projects
- Continue to strengthen key internal stakeholder relationships across the organization to devise and execute bespoke client programs
- Maintain and strengthen key relationships with French sport federations and vendors, ensuring requirements are met
- Working with the Director, Corporate Relations to manage all programme elements including Hotel, Ticketing, F&B, Transport, Print and Production, Onsite Setup, Accreditation and more
- Update all itineraries, briefing documents and communications as and when changes occur
- Coordinate guest travel in partnership with internal and external travel teams
- Work closely with Compliance to develop hospitality programs that support company objectives and comply with business regulations

Trade Events**
- Key support on annual trade events including stakeholder outreach, accreditation, accommodation, branding, and onsite support where needed
Qualifications:
- Fluent in French and English
- Articulate, organized and proactive with at least 3 years of experience in an events role
- Complex project management experience and ability to effectively work on multiple projects at one time under tight deadlines
- Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills are essential for this highly collaborative position
- Experience in vendor management, negotiation and contracting
- Ability to manage budgets whilst delivering to a consistently high standard
- Ability to work with teams in multiple locations and time zones
- Creative approach to their work and the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Ability to travel to support global hospitality programs and events
This role is based in Paris and part of a team spread across three locations (London, Paris, New York).
