The role will support external and internal communications and liaise with other communications, marketing, and sales teams, both in-region and globally. External communications will represent approximately 60% of this role focusing predominantly on integrated communications for France as well as driving external communications in specific growth markets within the South EMEA region. Internal communications (approx. 40%) will include employee communications for all countries within South EMEA region, with a particular focus on France as the region’s biggest market. This role’s efforts and results will directly impact the success of the business in a phase of rapid growth.

The role will be based in Paris and might occasionally require travel around the region and to the U.S.

**What you get to do in this role**:

- Lead communications in France
- Develop and deliver the integrated PR campaigns in France that tell the ServiceNow story in a compelling way—accessible to consumers and businesses, and highlighting customers, partners and influencers - and increase the company’s share of voice.
- Drive and manage the French PR agency - to inspire novel approaches that deliver impact and strengthen media relationships which increase awareness and support the business in France.
- Profile local leadership through social media, speaking, media and other opportunities.
- Develop and manage ServiceNow’s owned and paid content strategy in France through relevant channels and support other South markets where needed.
- Build, manage and grow ServiceNow’s corporate social media (LinkedIn, Twitter, employee advocacy) in France.
- Execute the employee communications strategy to develop employee engagement, talent branding, and cultivate our company values among our employees. (All-hands, newsletters, campaigns, exec internal comms)
- Support ServiceNow’s annual user conferences, Now at Work (in Paris) & Knowledge (globally), and other regional events as needed.
- Partner with the Head of Comms for EMEA South to help define communications plans, programs and strategies for the region.

**Qualifications** To be successful in this role you have**:

- Degree level education or similar experience
- Fluent spoken and written French and English
- Excellent and creative communications skills, both written and verbal, with attention to detail.
- An entrepreneurial spirit, with a desire to own projects from start to finish.
- Passion for storytelling and identifying trends balanced with an understanding of business priorities.
- Track record of creating and executing impactful PR campaigns as well as developing content, including blogs, bylines, key messages and fact sheets.
- Proven ability to act as a trusted advisor to multiple stakeholders.
- Outstanding project management skills and resourcefulness under tight deadlines.
- Ability to work well independently with mínimal supervision, and as part of a global team.
- High energy, “can do” personality and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth environment.
- Experience in any of the following would be a plus: event management, exec comms, digital
