Internship - Workstation Technician

**THE ROLE**:
The Assets - workstations technician will be part of the Operations department. He/she will report to the Head of Workplace team. He/she will be responsible for the day-to-day activities around IT Assets and workstations on the dedicated site. He/she must lead all topics on these areas and become the focal IT point of contact for all employees on the site.

**RESPONSAIBILITIES**:
Manage IT & Multimedia Assets during its lifecycle and follow storage evolution

Ensure strict identification & referencing of assets

Handle staff entries & exit by set up, assign & get back, cleaning assets

Take in charge request and incidents related to users workstations if online assistance can’t solve

Deploy or install middleware’s necessary in users tasks

Follow incidents till their resolution

Provides technical support to users by identifying problems, researching answers, and guiding clients through corrective steps

Avoids legal challenges by monitoring compliance with service agreements

**Materials**: Desktop, laptops, screens & printers

**PROFILE AND QUALIFICATIONS**:
Bachelor or Master in Information system

Basic experience in desktop support and system administration

**Knowledge of**:
Computer hardware & software

Windows OS 10 & 11

Ticketing tool ideally on Service Now

Microsoft O365 Suite

ITIL Processes

Fluent in english

Strong skill in communication & customer service
