In this position, you will be responsible for conducting marketing activities and market analyses using all available marketing tools for existing and potential products, systems and/or services for assigned markets. You will create end-user acceptance and specification offering within the target segment(s) as well as drive and implement marketing activities for the selected market segment(s) in line with the agreed strategy. You will also ensure superior customer satisfaction and continuously monitor segment performance.

Business Manager - Operations
**Your responsibilities**:
- Participating with management to contribute to definition of strategic plans and supports relevant implementation, including communication and support to the local units to translate it into local marketing strategy.
- Collecting data and providing sound market and competitive intelligence analyses related to global markets and trends.
- Tracking globally and informing management of market research and analysis results that identify existing gaps or new opportunities for growth.
- Monitoring market trends and recommending adjustments for the strategy, and plans accordingly to meet changing market and competitive landscapes.
- Supporting defining and communicating the end user value proposition for the target segment (internally and externally).
- Overseeing assigned area sales execution for assigned products by providing relevant materials, and guidance to Sales team(s).
- Driving sales efficiency by ensuring appropriate product and tool knowledge (technical and sales) for each Sales person.
- In coordination with the responsible sales persons building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing key customers, key decision makers and opinion leaders.
**Your background**:
- Minimum Master degree in the field of marketing.
- Experience in a marketing and/or sales position.
- Good knowledge of the robotics market.
- Fluent English and French required.
- Proven ability to develop and manage customer relationships.
- Collaborative, solution-oriented approach with strong oral and written communication skills.
- Strong awareness of Health, Safety and Security rules: HSE is everyone's business.
