Technical Writer

We are looking for a Technical Writer fluent in English and French to join our team. Your impact is to increase 360Learning’s user adoption by ensuring our knowledge base articles and external product documentation are consistent with our product releases.

As a liaison between our clients and our internal teams, your role is crucial to our success.

**Within 1 month, you will**:

- Become a Trello expert through our onboarding process
- Understand our product offering through training
- Master the basics of the platform and be able to answer common product questions

**Within 3 months, you will**:

- Manage the end-to-end documentation process for new feature launches
- Convert existing internal material into external how-to articles and long-form guides
- Manage update requests from internal stakeholders
- Translate content from English to French and vice versa

**Within 6 months, you will**:

- Audit and improve existing French translations
- Contribute content for our release newsletters
- Work closely with other team members to improve processes
- Show initiative in improving knowledge base content based on article metrics

**Within 12 months, you will**:

- Own and lead tech writing initiatives

**The Skills Set**:

- 1-3 years of experience creating technical product documentation from scratch
- Fluent in French and English
- Experience working on a team that published documents in multiple languages is preferred
- Bring a client-first mindset to everything you do
- Excellent overall writing skills in a number of different styles/tones and impeccable spelling and grammar
- A passion for learning and an ability to take complex information and turn it into engaging, easy-to-understand instructions
- You deeply enjoy helping customers achieve their business goals by creating content that makes an impact
