**SCOPE AND SUBJECT OF THE INTERNSHIP**
WIPA : Wellbore interpretation Parameter Advisor is an enrichment service for Techlog Petrotechnical suite. WIPA is assisting Techlog users setting up the right parameter values while running domain methods. In simple words: Imagine plenty of Techlog users running domain workflows. Each one of these domain workflows contains parameters set by the user. Today we have a system to create a database with all these parameter values. These database is useful for other users to learn from what was done by other collegues, but the selection of the best well is manual and we would like to automate this decision leveraging AI and ML approach to guide user on best parameters to be used on new interpretation.
**RESPONSIBILITIES & DELIVERABLES**
You will have the responsibilities to implement ML and AI algorithms to determine the right well(s) to learn from. Also, we would like to put in place a quality indicator while getting the parameter values from WIPA with uncerntatinites management.
As a technology stack you will a cloud based jupyter lab, parquet ans spark where you will be able to test and implement AI/ML algorythms.

Data analytics / data science
Angular 2+
**LEVEL OF STUDY AND PREFERRED QUALIFICATION**
Penultimate or final year
