Vos missions:

- Piloter et sécuriser la paie avec nos partenaires en France et à l’international.
- Gérer l’administration du personnel sur l’ensemble du cycle de vie salarié.
- Participer à la politique de rémunération, au suivi des avantages sociaux et à la veille sociale.
- Optimiser les outils SIRH et accompagner les projets d’amélioration continue.

Profil recherché:

- Formation supérieure en RH, paie, droit social ou contrôle de gestion sociale.
- Expérience confirmée (3 à 7 ans) en environnement industriel et international.
- Maîtrise des SIRH (Lucca, Silae), d’Excel et anglais courant indispensable.
