Position Summary:
We offer an exciting and dynamic place to work with lots of room to work independently. Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

- Follow instructions and objectives from the Special Project Manager.
- Enter, maintain and monitor Clinical Trial Projects.
- Compile reports as necessary for customers.
- Attend and lead conference calls with customers to update them on ongoing projects.
- Place orders with suppliers and monitor invoicing.
- Build and maintain relationships with World Courier offices, clients and suppliers.

- Strong team player - able to work constructively with colleagues inside and outside of the department to ensure the best possible service is provided to the client at all times.

- Able to prioritise workload, which may change throughout the day.
- Friendly, polite, dependable, reliable and trustworthy.

Knowledge and Skills:

- Fluent in French and English. Both written and spoken.
- Able to follow procedures and instructions.
- Able to work in a team with a flexible approach.
- Knowledge in Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Good communication skills, both verbally and written.
- Education of graduate or similar.
- Knowledge of logistics and/or project management.
- Knowledge of clinical trials/pharmaceutical industry would be an advantage.
