Employee Communications Manager

As strategic individual contributor, you will be responsible for delivering the entire internal story towards MS France employees as well as developing the Microsoft France culture.
You are responsible for contributing to define and executing a consistent and efficient plan to keep employees informed on all topics relevant to Microsoft France business, people and local anchorage.
**Responsibilities**:
You will work closely with the Communications Director and some key stakeholders (Leadership Team, HR, BGs ) and your specific mission will be:
- to define internal campaigns, topics and calendar to communicate internally according to Microsoft France priorities (Business understanding, product strategy & innovation, people)
- to create and manage messaging and contents spread through internal tools
- to organize major internal events such as Executive all hands, major product launches, Microsoft France Company meeting (content building and event organization).
- to advise your internal stakeholders to help them build and execute their internal communication activities
- to manage Employee communication budget
**Qualifications**:
Fluent English language abilities, excellent presentation skills as well as design, creativity, orchestration and execution.
