Notre client est un industriel d’envergure, leader mondial notamment dans le monde des moteurs électriques.

La société compte environ 3000 collaborateurs et rayonne à l’international (Europe, Asie, USA).

**Les missions**

Vous rejoignez la DSI au sein du pôle PMO composé actuellement de 4 PMO, placés sous la responsabilité d’un Directeur de Projets - en qualité d’**IT** **Project Manager, “expert” en finance et achat / approvisionnement.**

Votre mission principale est de piloter les projets informatiques, en lien avec les équipes métiers ainsi qu’avec les autres équipes de la DSI en apportant votre expertise sur les domaines finance et achat.
- Vous avez la charge du recueil et de l’analyse des besoins utilisateurs
- Vous analysez les solutions proposées, réalisez la maîtrise d’œuvre et vérifiez l’exécution de la recette.
- Vous assurez la relation avec les prestataires extérieurs (éditeur, société de services )
- Vous qualifiez et priorisez les besoins avec les utilisateurs tout en assurant la cohérence avec la stratégie informatique globale
- Vous assurez le suivi et le transfert des activités de support afin d’assurer le maintien en condition opérationnelle des outils sur votre périmètre
- Vous participez à la veille technologique et contribuez à la roadmap IT
- Vous assurez le « reporting » interne projet (tableaux de bord : suivi des indicateurs, planning, charges et dépenses, comité projet)

Les missions ne sont pas exhaustives et peuvent évoluer dans le temps.

**Conditions de travail**
- Rémunération: autour de 55 000€ annuel, selon profil / parcours
- Poste basé à Angoulême
- Convention manufacturing, statut cadre forfait jour
- Accord de télétravail en cours de mise en place

**Le process**
- 1er RDV avec Lucie (externatic)
- Entretien technique avec le directeur Projet
- Entretien “RH” de clôture de process

PROFIL REQUIS

**Ce que vous apportez**
- Vous justifiez d’une expérience en gestion de projet informatique de la définition du besoin à sa production, en passant par l‘accompagnement au changement.
- ** Vous connaissez les processus achats et finance (P2P, A22R, R2R, O2C)**:

- Idéalement, vous avez déjà travaillé sur la mise en œuvre ou le MCO d’un ERP du marché (Oracle EBS?)
- ** La maîtrise de l’anglais est indispensable**:

- La maîtrise de plusieurs méthodes de gestion de projet est également un atout (Cycle en V/Waterfall, Agile (SCRUM), Agile à l’échelle (SAFE)).
- Une certification PMP ou PRINCE2 serait un atout.
