Plus d'informations sur GEMS Hub ou LinkedIn **Role** The BO Trading Support Department IS looking for a trainee within the Trading Support team, you will be managing Day to day Operations on Gas, Power, Oil and Emission trades: - you reconcile & validate deals inputted by Sales and Traders (OTC & Exchanges). - you manage daily Margin Calls for OTC and Cleared deals - you are checking Derivatives Products bookings & expiry levels. - you are responsible for issuing and matching Deal Confirmations, Invoices & Settlements. - you liaise with Front Office & other Support Functions for a better Trading Floor activities understanding. - you will assist team on day to day tasks. - you will chaise counterparties regarding confirmations and late payment. - you will cooperate with the other departments. - you will handle requests received in the mailbox. **Hard skills** Les compétences techniques: **Competency** **Cluster** **Description** **Analysing** - Problem solving_ Always obtains full, precise information about people, situations and problems and examines the links that occur, in that way acquiring sufficient insight into the components and causal factors of the problem, as well as the way in which those factors can influence one another. **Communicating** - Interactive behaviour_ Expresses him/herself completely in a clearly, and understandably way, and makes sure that what he/she wants to communicate is understood well. **Conceptual thinking** - Problem solving_ Frames, understands & structures events in a global perspective.
