**Key Responsibilities**:
**Campaign Management and Optimization**:

- Support the built of a planning tool to maintain a full overview of all ULS campaigns running across zones and sub-segments to ensure end-to-end visibility in the driving factors of target achievement.
- Co-own the deployment and optimization of ULS campaigns with the campaign owners and agencies.
- Ensure all ULS campaigns are set up in the right tools and captured in our internal KPI dashboard to define actions when gaps are identified.
- Leverage data-driven insights to generate learnings to define continuous optimization tactics and fuel campaign strategy enhancement.
- Conduct A/B testing on channels, creative assets, messaging, and targeting strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness.

**Development and Scaling of Foundational Capabilities (skills, platforms and tools)**:

- Build and scale foundational omnichannel capabilities such as digital marketing campaign strategy building, audience building, customer 360° data platform, CDP, lead nurturing strategies, opportunity-to-order management and support the development of lead scoring.
- Standardize campaign workflows across zones to ensure efficiency and consistency.
- Continuously share learnings and drive regular trainings to educate the wider community in the zone about omnichannel strategies.
- Help build a strong ULS omnichannel culture and operational mechanisms in line with the new organization.
- Lead surgery apprentice programs to foster growth and development within the team.

**Performance Reporting and Analysis**:

- Capture and share digital campaign insights, learnings, and best practices across zones.
- Support post-campaign analysis for all subsegment campaigns (with Analyst Team) and increase learnings sharing and related sessions across zones.
- Own weekly performance meetings with the media agency and monthly meetings with the zones for running subsegment campaigns (together with zones/subsegment specialists) to monitor KPI performance against targets and define actions.

**Innovation and Collaboration**:

- Drive innovation in digital advertising strategies by testing new ad formats, dynamic content, and emerging platforms.
- Strengthen collaboration with zones, segment, central MarCom colleagues and media agencies to support the definition of the optimal channel mix and media investment ers, aligned with business priorities.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience and knowledge of the Ultrasound business/market preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, focus on digital marketing strongly preferred
- Proven experience in omnichannel campaign management and optimization.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and customer journey planning.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with data strategies, customer data platforms (CDP) and lead nurturing strategies.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with various departments and stakeholders.

**Responsabilités Clés**:
**Gestion et Optimisation des Campagnes**:

- Soutenir la création d'un outil de planification pour maintenir une vue d'ensemble complète de toutes les campagnes ULS en cours dans les zones et sous-segments afin d'assurer une visibilité de bout en bout sur les facteurs de réalisation des objectifs.
- Co-gérer le déploiement et l'optimisation des campagnes ULS avec les propriétaires de campagnes et les agences.
- Assurer que toutes les campagnes ULS sont configurées dans les bons outils et capturées dans notre tableau de bord KPI interne pour définir des actions lorsque des écarts sont identifiés.
- Exploiter les insights basés sur les données pour générer des apprentissages afin de définir des tactiques d'optimisation continue et alimenter l'amélioration de la stratégie de campagne.
- Mener des tests A/B sur les canaux, les actifs créatifs, les messages et les stratégies de ciblage pour améliorer l'efficacité des campagnes.

**Développement et Évolution des Capacités Fondamentales (compétences, plateformes et outils)**:

- Construire et développer des capacités omnicanal fondamentales telles que la stratégie de campagne de marketing digital, la construction d'audience, la plateforme de données client 360°, CDP, les stratégies de nurturing de leads, la gestion des opportunités à la commande et soutenir le développement du scoring de leads.
- Standardiser les workflows de campagne à travers les zones pour assurer l'efficacité et la cohérence.
- Partager continuellement les apprentissages et conduire des formations régulières pour éduquer la communauté au sens large dans la zone sur les stratégies omnicanal.
- Aider à construire une forte culture omnicanal ULS et des mécanismes opérationnels en ligne avec la nouvelle organisation.
- Diriger des programmes d'apprentissage en chirurgie pour favoriser la croissance et le développement au sein de l'équipe.
