Senior Talent Acquisition Partner @ GE HealthCare | Sourcing Excellence Job Description Summary The Patient Care Solutions (PCS) FBFA (France Belgium Francophone Africa) General Manager will be a member of the International PCS team and of the FBFA Senior Leadership Team. (S)he is responsible for development and implementation of the PCS segment strategy for market share gain & profitable franchise growth, driving orders, profitable revenue growth and value creation through product & commercial strategies in FBFA Zone. This role will partner with the Commercial leaders, Product leaders, & LCT leaders to drive through Solutions and Enterprise mindset customer satisfaction and business profitable growth. (S)he will work closely with Region General Management, Zone Key/Executive account managers, Commercial, Marketing, Financing and GEHC International Segment Teams. (S)he will have a solid background leading teams in Medtech business with clear understanding in care areas integrated solutions (emergency, surgical & critical care), clinical pathways and will build strong relationships with key customers at the strategic & clinical decision level. Le/la Directeur/Directrice Patient Care Solutions (PCS) FBFA (France Belgique Afrique Francophone) sera membre de l’équipe internationale PCS ainsi que de l’équipe de direction senior FBFA. Il/elle est responsable du développement et de la mise en œuvre de la stratégie du segment PCS pour gagner des parts de marché et assurer une croissance rentable de la franchise, en stimulant les commandes, la croissance des revenus rentables et la création de valeur grâce aux stratégies produit et commerciales dans la zone FBFA. Ce rôle implique une collaboration étroite avec les responsables commerciaux, les responsables produits et les leaders LCT afin de promouvoir une approche orientée « Solutions » et « Entreprise » pour la satisfaction des clients et la croissance rentable de l’activité. Il/elle travaillera en étroite collaboration avec la direction générale régionale, les responsables grands comptes/exécutifs de la zone, les équipes commerciales, marketing, financement et les équipes segment internationales GEHC. Il/elle devra avoir une solide expérience dans la direction d’équipes dans le secteur Medtech, avec une compréhension claire des solutions intégrées dans les domaines de soins (urgence, chirurgie et soins critiques), des parcours cliniques, et établir des relations solides avec les clients clés au niveau stratégique et décisionnel clinique. Act as a senior advisor and coach to customer organizations, helping scope challenges and architect solutions using the PCS & HCS portfolio. Market Strategy & Product Positioning Regionalize product positioning and pricing strategy aligned with international segment profitability. Understand market and competitive dynamics to lead strategic discussions on product positioning and pricing. Execute Value Creation and Care Area strategies tailored to local market needs. Commercial Excellence & Channel Management Strengthen product management capabilities across segments, modalities, and channels. Increase market visibility by driving systematic funnel management & grow commercial intensity. Reinforce channel partner engagement & performance excellence. Collect and share market insights to inform international strategy. Drive channel partner engagement, performance excellence, and funnel management. Academic & Clinical Partnerships Expand partnerships with academic institutions, KOLs, and medical societies (e.g., Anesthesia, Enterprise Monitoring, Cardiology, Maternal Infant and Fetal care). Partner with Marketing and Product Mgnt teams to develop strategic KOL management programs (User meetings, Speaker engagements, congresses, knowledge exchange, white papers) and expand engagement with reference sites to drive customer satisfaction and state‑of‑the‑art implementation of our clinical differentiation. Collaborate with marketing to produce clinical evidence and strengthen strategic account relationships. Sales Enablement & Education Deliver educational and Sales training programs to direct and indirect sales channels with support of Product and marketing teams. Ensure readiness for new product introductions (NPIs), including regulatory approvals, fast market adoption, training, and system configurations. Operational Excellence Lead the operating reviews (monthly/weekly) and simplify operations through lean thinking and mindset & by prioritizing well‑defined KPIs in a spirit of continuous improvement and problem‑solving mindset. Manage inventory health, PSI projections, and demonstration efficiency. Own performance metrics and implement countermeasures when needed. Drive GTM and commercials metrics such as funnel, visibility, pacing, SFDC engagement and loss report. Responsible to translate demand through disciplined projections together with S&OP team. Responsible to maintain health inventory levels according to set targets and comply with LSI policies. Performance Metrics & Financial Targets Achieve targets for market share, win rate, revenue growth, and revenue per socket as PCS franchise. Influence GTM and commercial metrics (funnel, pacing, SFDC engagement). Deliver franchise metrics (Orders, sales, CM, WR, VISI, SHARE, CCR, OTRW, OD Volume, Upgrade). Align budget creation with intercom and ensure delivery of franchise metrics (orders, sales, CM, WR, etc.). Lifecycle & Service Management Develop lifecycle programs to drive franchise growth and installed base retention in partnership with Service Sales team. Drive franchise growth with commercial, product teams and channel partners with best‑in‑class IB retention (EOGS) in that process including Svc, C&A offering. Partner with service leadership in the LCT to achieve service targets (e.g., capture rate) and co‑lead the effort to upsell and grow lifecycle revenue. Qualifications Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Product Management, Marketing or a related field; Master’s degree/MBA preferred. Minimum 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in Business Management, Product Marketing/Development, or equivalent roles within the healthcare industry. At least 8 years of direct experience in the healthcare sector, with deep understanding of market dynamics and customer needs. Proven track record in sales, product management, and/or marketing—experience in high‑tech capital equipment is a strong asset. Experience managing matrix organizations, multi‑cultural teams, and multi‑market businesses. Leadership & Business Acumen Demonstrated business management and resource allocation skills, including strategic planning and business plan development. Strong financial acumen and organizational planning capabilities. Proven ability to drive and execute rigorous operating mechanisms in alignment with GE standards. Deep knowledge and domain expertise in the field of Emergency, Operative and Critical care (ECO). Knowledge of GE Healthcare’s product and service portfolio would be a plus. Strategic Thinking & Execution Ability to think on the spot, respond quickly to challenges, and resolve complex solution pain points. Skilled in project management, including the development and execution of complex, cross‑functional plans. Comfortable navigating ambiguity, with strong strategic agility, risk assessment, and results orientation.
