It offers an user-friendly interface coupled with data vizualisation and powerful automation workflows with a business rules engine. Leveraging machine learning models, CAYZN is able to recommend and automatically set the best price to fill our client means of transportation (bus, airlines or railways). **Your missions**: As a CAYZN Product Expert, your primary mission will be to directly contribute to Wiremind's revenue growth by imagining, designing, and prioritizing innovative features for our Revenue Management solution. You will play a key role in identifying and developing new business opportunities through the product, whether by opening new markets or increasing the adoption and usage of CAYZN (our passenger revenue management tool) by existing clients. You will also act as the main point of contact between client needs and the product's strategic evolution, balancing a deep understanding of their challenges with Wiremind's growth objectives. You will join a team of five "PEs" and manage your own portfolio of clients. **1.**Develop Product Features that Generate Revenue for Wiremind**: - Identify and design feature ideas that open new markets or increase customer value. - Propose solutions to promote add-ons, retain existing clients, and grow CAYZN’s market share. - Prototype features (mockups, workflows) using modern visualization and design tools. - Advocate internally to ensure high-impact ideas for Wiremind are prioritized in the product roadmap. **2.**Manage CAYZN Implementation Projects**: - Oversee implementation projects. - Define a project roadmap. - Coordinate with Wiremind software engineers and data scientists. - Establish milestones with functional deliverables. **3.**Stay Connected with International Clients to Understand Their Needs**: - Regularly engage with major transportation companies (in Europe and globally) to understand their expectations and identify business opportunities. - Transform client feedback into concrete, impactful ideas for the product. **4.**Analyze Performance and Market Trends**: - Monitor product metrics to assess feature adoption by clients and their impact on Wiremind's revenue. - Identify market trends and innovations in Revenue Management to guide CAYZN's strategic development. - Critically evaluate the product and challenge the status quo when necessary. **5.**Support Users and Prospects**: - Train clients on new features, ensuring they are fully adopted and optimally used. - Participate in product demonstrations and gather feedback to improve the user experience. **Your profile**: - Skilled in visualization, prototyping tools, and structuring complex projects in dynamic environments. - Strong organizational abilities, entrepreneurial mindset, and experience with tools like Python, Make, or Jira (a plus). - Proven autonomy in project management, with experience in B2B or working with international clients. - Data-driven, able to analyze the impact of features on product and business performance. - Strategic thinker with a knack for identifying growth opportunities. - Collaborative, innovative, and results-oriented, with a focus on business impact. **Our benefits**: By joining us, you will integrate: - A self-financed startup with a strong tech identity - Beautiful 800 m² offices in the heart of Paris (Bd Poissonnière) - Attractive remuneration indexed on performance - A caring and stimulating team that encourages skills development through initiative and autonomy - A learning environment with opportunities for evolution ‍ You will also benefit from: - A hybrid policy: 2 days of remote work per week and the possibility to work occasionally from abroad - A great company culture (monthly afterworks, regular meetings on technology and products, annual off-site seminars, team-building ) **Our Recruitment Process**: - A Screening interview with our **Talent Acquisition Manager** - An interview with the **Hiring Manager** - A **technical test or case study** to be prepared - An interview **at our offices** to discuss your technical test or case study and meet with members of the team - A meeting with Colin and Charles our Founders
