We're seeking an ambitious intern to assist our Chief Customer Officer to drive strategic projects that force-multiplies our ability to serve our customer base. If our mission is aligned with your values and personal goals, we want to get to know you

**Responsibilities**:
Collaborate with CCO on strategic plans and data analysis to enhance customer experience.
Lead support to the CCO, including preparing presentations, coordinating meetings and managing strategic projects on behalf of the CCO to ensure a smooth operation and efficient workflows.
Research and analyse customer insights, aligning with cross-functional teams for cohesive strategies.
Map customer journeys, identify pain points, and recommend solutions for process optimisation.
Manage projects and KPIs to track performance, delivering regular reports to CCO and department leads.
Stay updated on industry trends and regulations related to carbon accounting and sustainability.
**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree required; master's degree or suitable for a master's student seeking a work component for their program is a bonus
You have previous experience as an analyst or in a related role, thriving in fast-paced and dynamic environment
You have excellent communication skills
You have proven analytical and organisational skills and are able to work and prioritise efficiently
You are an exceptional team player and like to tackle challenges efficiently
You are experienced in maintaining confidentiality and discretion
You are a sustainability-driven and are keen to support our mission
You speak English at a native level. German and/or French is a plus
