General move coordination support for Customer Experience Moving teams. Responsible for shipment tracing, customer service, documentation handling (preparing, collecting, distributing and filing accordingly) to support international client shipments. This role will have contact with clients, agents, vendors and port brokers.

Shipment Tracing

Through system workflows, confirming events occurred and then updating various internal company systems

Documentation Handling

Responsible for arranging all shipment documents and relevant processing action with Customers, agents, vendors and port brokers.

Customer Service

Liaising with customers, agents, vendors, and port brokers of status changes ensuring timely communication.

10%

Other Duties as assigned

Including communications desk coverage, FedEx/courier handling and registering files as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS AND PREFERRED SKILLS
- Basic geographical knowledge would be an advantage
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to manage deadlines, multi-task and operate in a fast-paced environment
- PC proficiency - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and job-related systems

EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
- High school qualification
