We are looking for a Visual Designer**_for one of our investment products_**.**

**Your main tasks will be**:

- Generate photorealistic images and (and later videos) using AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, DALL-E, Stable Diffusion);
- Manually refine and retouch images to a level indistinguishable from real photography;
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop visual concepts that align with our brand and campaign goals;
- Maintain consistent visual quality and style across all assets;
- Stay up to date with the latest in AI image generation and editing technologies;
- Develop and maintain internal guidelines for image realism and editing best practices.

**We expect from you**:

- Proficiency with AI image generation platforms (e.g., Midjourney, DALL-E, Stable Diffusion);
- Advanced photo editing and retouching skills in Photoshop or equivalent;
- Strong understanding of light, shadow, texture, and composition;
- Familiarity with image detection tools and how to bypass detection;
- Basic understanding of prompt engineering and AI model limitations;
- Experience with version control and batch production workflows is a plus;
- Level of Russian proficiency C1+;
- Level of English proficiency B1.
