Alchemy is working alongside a well-known Art logistics company in Paris, looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic Warehouse Supervisor
**Responsibilities will include**:
- Manage the operations of the Paris facility.
- Supervise a team of art professionals and warehouse staff.
- Mentor and train staff within the facility on white glove operations.
- Carrying out reviews of employee performance; providing constructive criticism and fostering an environment conducive to growth.
- Ensure health and safety compliance at all times.
- Providing excellent customer service at all times.
- Keeping the company's facilities spotless at all times and meeting the needs of any clients or customers who may use them is a top priority.
- Ensuring that all employees always represent the company’s values with the utmost professionalism.
- Determining what areas could benefit most from streamlined operations and consistent procedures to ensure the facility's continued success.
- Delegating staff necessary to fulfil client requirements.
- Inventory management as required.
**Experience required**:
- Prior experience working in a role that involved management of warehouse professionals/white glove operations.
- Previous art handling experience is hugely beneficial.
- Ability to use warehouse management systems.
- Highly organised and ability to work towards deadlines.
- Team-focused with strong ability to work together.
- Familiarity with warehouse equipment.
