Dans le cadre du renforcement de ses équipes, SNEF recrute un PMO expérimenté pour sa Direction Régionale Bretagne / Pays de Loire / Centre Val de Loire / Sud-Ouest (H/F).

Rattaché au Directeur Régional, et en lien étroit avec le Responsable PMO de la Direction de la Performance Opérationnelle de SNEF France, vous êtes le vecteur et le référent de la politique Performance Opérationnelle auprès des entités de la Direction Régionale.

Missions
Apporter un support PMO aux agences et grands projets SNEF France de la région, suivant les enjeux stratégiques et priorités identifiées par le Directeur Régional:

- Sensibilisation / Formation des équipes au référentiel SNEF France
- ?Déploiement / Aide à la prise en main des outils de pilotage de projet SNEF France
- Soutien opérationnel aux Chefs de Projet sur l'ensemble des activités de pilotage des Projets : organisation (humaines et matérielles), gestion contractuelle (négociations, avenants), communication, gestion des risques et des opportunités, gestion financière, reporting interne et externe, gestion du planning et du suivi de l'avancement, phases de lancement et clôture d'affaire, REX, etc.
- Contribuer à l'amélioration du référentiel Gestion de Projet de SNEF France, dans le cadre des missions centrales de la Direction de la Performance Opérationnelle (Qualité, PMO, Excellence Opérationnelle, expertise métier Génie Electrique, BIM), en s'inscrivant dans une démarche LEAN.

Profil recherché:
De formation BAC+5, vous bénéficiez d'une expérience mínimale de 5 ans en tant que PMO ou de 10 ans en pilotage de projet. Votre expertise est idéalement attestée par une certification PMP/PMI, Prince 2 ou AgilePM.
Des compétences techniques en lots techniques (CVC ou CFO/CFA) seront fortement appréciée.
Vous avez une maîtrise du Pack Office - dont un niveau avancé sous Excel - et une pratique experte des outils de planification (MS Project, Primavera, Planisware...).

Vous disposez d'excellentes qualités relationnelles, esprit d'équipe, sens du résultat, rigueur et ténacité, autonomie et capacité d'adaptation.
