**About the Role**:
**Your advice will cover**:
a broad range of legal areas including consumer protection, health care specific regulations, health care provider interactions, privacy, marketing, licensing and intellectual property.

**Your responsibilities include**:

- Provide day to day advice to business team members in various functions and directly provide legal advice to them around the use of digital technology and social media;
- Support stakeholders from the legal and regulatory team with technology related questions.
- Provide straight-forward, practical, solution-oriented guidance, including risk-mitigation strategies and alternative pathways to move projects forward;
- Work closely with European Data Privacy Officer to provide advice on adequate collection, storage and use of data;
- Conduct compliance reviews of business requirements, products, features, and customer facing content for online, mobile and digital products and services;
- Draft and negotiate various types of technology licensing, development, and online services agreements;
- Draft and implement internal policies and procedures related to online, mobile and digital specific laws and regulations;
- Draft clear and concise notices, disclosures, disclaimers, FAQs, terms of use, policies and other public facing documents.

**Requirements**:

- 3-5 years international experience, either in-house or at a law firm, directly and independently advising clients on information and digital technology under various European laws and regulations
- Detailed knowledge of software and cloud licensing and a good understanding of privacy and data security regulations, including GDPR and e-Privacy
- Very good legal drafting skills in English language
- High level of business acumen, diligence, and pragmatism
- Experience in the medical device or health care sector preferred, but not mandatory
- Must be able to operate and make decisions autonomously
- Qualified to practice law in a European country
- Language requirements: Fluent in English. Additional European languages are a plus.
