Reporting directly to the B2B General Manager, the **Operations Manager** for B2b will be responsible for customer management. Your main goal will be control and supervise the fleet and to be the main point of contact with customers to deal about deliveries, spare parts, warranties and onboarding of new ones.

**Requirements**:

- A strong background in operations.
- Experience in key account management.
- Previous experience as an Area Manager (at least 2 years) and team management.
- Performance orientation, organizational skill and autonomy.
- Very important **result oriented.**:

- **Native level of French and advanced level of English.**:

- Preferably resident in Paris or surrondings
- Valuable: person with experience in the motorcycle renting and / or dealership sector.
