Au sein de la Direction Field Service, le(a) Technicien(ne) Field Services aura pour mission de réaliser la maintenance curative et préventive de nos produits chez nos clients.

DETAIL DES MISSIONS:
Vous devez:

- Dépanner / remettre en état nos produits sur sites client (analyse / intervention / rapport)
- Être le contact et l’interface du client sur tous les sujets Qualité / Services sur les sites d'intervention.
- Assurer que la stratégie / process Qualité et les procédures Services de Faiveley soient bien appliquées.

Vous devrez vous déplacer la semaine (plus exceptionnellement en quinzaine) à travers la France comme à l’étranger

Vous maîtrisez également les outils de micro-informatique et votre maîtrise de l’anglais fera la différence.

PROFIL PROFESSIONNEL REQUIS:
Compétences / qualités requises:
Vous êtes rigoureux(se), autonome, réactif(ve), flexible.

Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre pédagogie et votre facilité à communiquer.

Vous savez travailler en équipe (bon état d’esprit).

Formation et expériences requises:
De formation Bac à bac +2 dans le domaine technique

Vous possédez une expérience de 3 ans dans un poste opérationnel sur site ou dans le développement de produits, dans l’industrie ferroviaire, automobile ou aéronautique.
