**Senior IT Operations Manager**
**France, Paris**
As a Barclays Senior IT Operations Manager, you will be leading and managing service level agreements, maintaining documentation, and staying within procedure compliance for all information systems related to end user support. Along with your team, you will ensure projects, changes and operational services are meeting both SLAs and our objective to provide a positive colleague experience while reporting service issues and escalations and identifying opportunities for service improvements.

**What will you be doing?**
- Providing business engagement and relationship management within region on behalf of BCS
- Participating on incident management using supplied tools and systems and respond within agreed SLAs
- Ensuring all activities are conducted in accordance to defined processes and policies
- Participating in project work and Project Management (also for cross regional projects)
- Helping with office re-locations, moves, changes, roll-outs and maintaining of asset register
- Ensuring compliance with relevant group guidelines / policies; observe / enforce IT related controls and standards in the working environment - physical security, logical security etc
**What we’re looking for**:
- Excellent communications - fluent verbal and written skills in French and English
- Experience of leading change projects locally and regionally with lots of stakeholder complexity
- Skills of longer term strategy/direction setting for an end user and site infrastructure perspective
- Ability to deliver a consistently high level of service within a constantly changing environment with rapidly changing priorities
**Skills that will help you in the role**:
- Experience working in an international organization and international remote teams
- Is experienced in estimating, planning and organising own tasks using project management tools and methods
- Ability to co-ordinate project deployment in region, liaising with project teams and the customers to ensure a seamless deployment
- Experience with ITIL and Project Management concepts and best practices
