**Job Description**:
As a Senior Product Manager, you will take the lead of the development of Streem Energy products. You will report directly to the CEO and you will work alongside the engineering team, the customer operations and the sales team, to define the product roadmap, and execute the ambitious ideas we have

You will be a key pillar of the company, constantly liaising between our tech team and our clients and commercials: you will contribute to the definition of the company strategy, goals, and objectives.

As the first and unique PM in the company, you’ll be in charge of:

- Define and refine the product’s short and long-term vision in collaboration with the founders. Establish short to mid-term key priorities.
- Build a strong product and user culture within the whole Streem team, by communicating on product challenges and priorities across team and synchronise the product team efforts

On your day-to-day, you will:

- Gain a deep understanding of all our users personas to come up with elegant solutions to their problems
- Define the next generation of products and features, based on user feedback, analytics, studies and various input from our industry.
- Design product and feature specifications rigorously
- Support the engineering team during the development, testing and release stage.
- Ensure the quality of the deliveries
- Ensure the predictability of the deliveries
- Prioritize feature development, define product roadmaps, product strategy and key goals and objectives. Manage the backlog of development.
- Monitor usage and user feedback continuously.
- Monitor energy management software landscape continuously
- Attend clients meetings occasionally

**Qualifications**:

- You have at least 5 years experience as a product manager in B2B, building data-oriented products
- Strong interest for the renewable energy market and the green transition (previous experience in the energy market would be a plus)
- Strong analytical and technical skills with an ability to define, analyse, challenge or be challenged on complex dataset (being proficient in Excel/VBA, SQL, python, or other programming would be an advantage)
- Creative mind, passionate about product and design, you are obsessed by design and experience.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English: you have great presentation skills with a natural ability to convince the stakeholders.Additional Information
