**bout the Role**
We are looking for a highly motivated and scientifically driven M**edical Affairs Project Manager**to join our team in Paris - La Défense. In this role, you will ensure the scientific accuracy and compliance of materials across several products and play a key role in medical event coordination, scientific training, and cross-functional support.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Create and support the medico-marketing plan strategy
- Review and validate promotional and non-promotional materials across four medical specialties.
- Provide scientific coordination for marketing-led events (symposia, congresses, etc.), including speaker management and content preparation.
- Deliver and update scientific training for internal stakeholders (Specialist Medical Representatives, Area Managers, etc.).
- Organize and manage expert committees (logistics, content planning, and presentations).
- Offer medical-scientific support for pharmacovigilance and medical information requests.
**Qualifications and Experience**
- Doctorate in Medicine, Pharmacy, or Life Sciences.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally in Medical Affairs.
- Expertise in allergy, pulmonology, or pediatrics.
- Strong scientific writing, presentation, and research skills.
- Fluent in French
**Nice to Have**
- Fluent in English
- Experience using digital tools (e.g., e-detailing, medical education platforms, Veeva).
