As the Global Compensation & Integration HRIS Manager, you will be the strategic bridge between HR technology and Compensation at Sephora. You’ll lead the optimization of tools that support our global compensation processes, ensuring a seamless experience for HR teams, managers, and employees. As well as being the validation and coordination point in the team of the integration initiatives (new data flows or changes on existing ones) between SAP SuccessFactors instance and connected systems (Absences, Payroll,).
You’ll be part of the Global HRIS team, working closely with Global Compensation & Benefits Directors, and collaborating with regional teams to deliver efficient, scalable, and user-friendly solutions.

**Compensation Technology & Strategy**- Lead compensation campaign preparation, data loading, and quality checks
- Support HR and Compensation teams during campaign execution.
- Drive both short-term operations and long-term improvements in compensation processes.
- Ensure smooth functioning of all compensation-related systems.
**User Experience & System Enhancements**- Translate user needs into system improvements in partnership with Global C&B.
- Create documentation and user guides to support adoption.
- Lead change management efforts for new deployments.
- Promote best practices and act as a global advocate for compensation systems.
**HRIS Integration Management**- Gather and challenge business needs for new or updated interfaces.
- Validate specifications and coordinate development with IT.
- Assess impact of SAP SF releases on interfaces and manage testing.
- Investigate and resolve incidents, and propose improvements to support models.
**Vendor & Stakeholder Collaboration**- Partner with IT, external vendors, and LVMH Group on system integrations.
- Manage user acceptance testing for new features.
- Ensure local needs are met through collaboration with regional teams.Provide reporting on system performance and adoption.**Technical Expertise**- Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors, especially Compensation (certification is a plus).
- Experience with Core HR and other HRIS modules is an advantage
- 8+ years of experience in global HRIS implementation and support.
- Fluent in English; French is a strong advantage.
