In a context of strong international growth, we are seeking a **senior Marketing & Communication Manager** to structure our global brand strategy, promote our innovations, and support product launches worldwide.

**Your Responsibilities**

Reporting directly to the executive team, you will play a key role in brand visibility, product go-to-market strategies, and building our image of scientific excellence.

Strategy & Management
- Define the global marketing & communication strategy (B2B/B2C)
- Refine our international brand positioning
- Develop product launch plans and 360° communication strategies
- Structure and align the brand identity across international markets

Content & Digital
- Lead the creation of premium content: campaigns, sales materials, videos, podcasts, newsletters
- Oversee digital presence (website, social media, YouTube) and manage channels
- Develop accessible scientific content in collaboration with our medical team
- Supervise communication assets, commercial tools, and overall brand consistency

International Development & Events
- Work closely with our international distributors to ensure local execution aligns with global vision
- Organize or supervise our participation in congresses, partner events, and masterclasses
- Coordinate photo/video shoots for marketing campaigns
- Manage relationships with vendors, influencers, and medical partners

Team Management & Monitoring
- Supervise junior profiles (interns, graphic designers, freelancers )
- Implement KPIs and provide regular reporting on activities and performance

**Profile Sought**
- Master's degree (Bac +5) in marketing, communications, or science with a specialization in medical/dermocosmetics/luxury
- Confirmed experience of at least **10 years** in a strategic role with international responsibilities (ideally in a startup, lab, or premium brand)
- Strong understanding of B2B2C challenges in a regulated or medicalized environment
- Skilled in building strong brand strategies and integrated communication plans
- Ability to combine strategic vision, scientific rigor, and creativity
- Fluent in both French and English (written and spoken)
- Proficient with digital tools (Canva, Adobe, CMS, analytics, Google Suite, social media)
- Aesthetic sensibility, scientific mindset, rigor, and creativity
- High autonomy, initiative, and results-oriented mindset
- **Willingness to work in a location to be defined between Poisy (France) and Geneva (Switzerland)**

**Important**: This position is **not** intended for a profile focused solely on digital marketing or community management. We are seeking a **global marketing leader** capable of building a strong international brand with a transversal and structured vision.
