In the acceleration of our development, we are looking for a new senior Payment Solutions & Services bid manager (F/M) that will coordinate and support Worldline's sales and presales organization in RFx processes by preparing compelling and authentic responses and managing bid activities for complex opportunities, either single or multi-country, leveraging a broad portfolio of best in class solutions. **What will you be doing ?**
- Collaborate with our sales, presales and product teams to ensure Worldline is in the best position to secure new business and win more deals by providing technical, functional and commercial guidance on products and solutions.
- Manage opportunities and bid processes by managing the Worldline offer and ensuring it responds to the customer needs and is being compliant with our strategy and capabilities.
- Leverage our bid management internal process and ensure all contributors are aligned to approve the final solution.
- Support our sales teams from the prospection and pre sales phase till the closing phase for key, complex and strategic deals including the preparation and attendance to customer defenses with the bid team.

**What will you be responsible for ?**

**Manage end to end bid process**
- Qualify technically and functionally new opportunities, propose the best solutions, for both strategical and technical point of views, in order to meet our clients’ needs.
- Orchestrate the end to end bid process with help and support of multiple internal actors across the company and deliver quality offers on schedule.
- Make sure the bid process is followed in accordance with corporate guidelines and best practices.
- Ensure the proposal meets the customer’s requirements, differentiates Worldline and satisfies our internal requirements.

**Manage the internal stakeholders ecosystem**
- Organize Win Workshops as appropriate to the bid and ensures follow-up of the outcomes.
- Ensure timely and proper preparation of our internal bid approval reviews process.
- Prepare plan and budget with the support of finance controller, organizes and monitors the process to deliver the proposal.
- Maintain relation with the local account manager/sales team throughout the opportunity cycle.

**Your background & experience**
- Proven experience managing complex bids within a FinTech/SaaS/software company
- Strong payment industry knowledge
- Ability to manage various internal stakeholders across a large company
- Ability to translate complex requirements into simple terminology
- Commercial sensibility & enthusiasm for the sales process
- Customer focus - understand what is important for the customer and why they should select us

**Your soft skills**
- Excellent writing and presentation skills
- Fluent English
- A Secondary European language is a distinctive advantage
- Strategic thinking, ability to communicate vision to senior stakeholders
- Project management skills: budget, planning, risk management, internal negotiation on staffing & resources
- Efficiency and able to meet deadlines and work with mínimal supervision

**Where will you be based ?**
- Clear preference for you to be based in one of the following focus countries: France, UK, Spain, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Italy.
