**Position**:
This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in e-commerce management, team leadership, and business development.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Strategic Leadership**:Develop and implement a comprehensive e-commerce strategy aligned with PCD's global business objectives. Identify growth opportunities and drive initiatives to enhance online sales and customer engagement.
- **Team Management**:Lead and inspire a team of approximately 50 professionals across various functions, including E-Merchandising, Product, Online Data, Design, and Business Development. Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- **Customer Experience**:Ensure the delivery of exceptional online customer experiences by optimizing the user journey, enhancing site functionality, and implementing innovative features and designs.
- **Performance Management**:Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of e-commerce initiatives. Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.
- **Collaboration**:Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, the markets, Beauty Tech, retail, supply chain, and finance, to ensure seamless integration and execution of e-commerce strategies.
- **Market Support**:Collaborate closely with regional and local market teams to understand their unique needs and challenges. Provide guidance, support, and resources to help them achieve their e-commerce objectives. Ensure alignment between global strategies and local market execution.
- **Innovation**:Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in e-commerce. Identify and implement innovative solutions to maintain PCD's competitive edge.
- **Budget Management**:Oversee the e-commerce budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve strategic goals and maximize ROI.

**Profile**:
**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience in a senior e-commerce leadership role.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing, and online customer behavior.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Innovative thinker with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends and driving continuous improvement.
