Internship Global Communications

Our Global Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) department in Paris is currently hiring for the position of:
**Internship Global Communications - Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) department**

**The Position**

This 12-month position (_alternance)_ is based at Organon France’s headquarters in Paris, starting preferably in October 2025.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist in the creation and distribution of content for various communication channels, including newsletters, digital TV materials, posters, SharePoint sites, promotional materials for projects, internal websites
- Support the development and implementation of communication strategies to enhance SHE brand awareness and engagement.
- Draft, proofread and edit various communication materials, ensuring clarity and consistency.
- Help manage and update the SHE team’s internal websites ensuring consistent and engaging content.
- Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and develop creative ideas for SHE topics, campaigns and initiatives.
- Assist in the planning and coordination of events, webinars, and other promotional activities. Lead projects as assigned.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of communication campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

**Required Education, Experience, and Skills**
- Currently enrolled in a University or Bachelor’s program, majoring in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Enthusiastic, creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience in communications, marketing, or related internships is a plus but not required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- This role will interact with many global employees, therefore, must be able to write and speak English and French.
- Prior experience in the field of Safety, Health & Environment is not required.
