Platform & Sustainability Expert (English Speaking)

**Sweep is hiring a Platform & Sustainability Expert to help customers implement our extra-financial data management platform, track their carbon and ESG metrics, and drive impactful sustainability initiatives.**:
This role combines onboarding and implementation of our customers, providing technical support to partners, and contributing to knowledge-sharing resources, all while collaborating with a passionate team to create a sustainable future.In this key role, you will be the primary contact for many of Sweep’s diverse and ambitious clients.

You will lead the customer training, the implementation process, to ensure smooth project delivery, and coordinate efforts with our partners to meet customer needs effectively.

Sweep maps climate and ESG data across an entire business to reduce carbon emissions, improve social and environmental performance, and create audit-ready reports to run the best sustainability programs. Sweep empowers companies to build resilience to global challenges with technology.

**Ok, sounds promising. What will I be doing?**:
As a Platform & Sustainability Expert, your responsibilities will span across three key areas:
**1.**Sustainability Expertise & Platform Implementation**
- Help a diverse range of customers onboard and implement Sweep to track their carbon emissions, ESG metrics, fulfill their voluntary and legal reporting requirements, and take action on their impact.
- Work with customers either directly or by providing technical support to our implementation consulting partners.
- Share best practices and advise customers on how to make the most out of Sweep for their specific use cases, enabling them to meet their business goals effectively.

**2.**Customer Success & Knowledge Sharing**

Our success depends on our customers achieving their sustainability goals and taking meaningful action. Customer care and empowerment are at the heart of this role.

You will:

- Contribute to the continuous development and refinement of our onboarding and implementation approach.
- Provide expertise to develop enablement materials, such as guides and training resources.
- Share your sustainability and platform knowledge with customers, team members, and the wider business (sales, product, and more) through webinars, articles, and thought leadership content.

**3.**Team Collaboration & Advocacy**

Collaboration is key to our success, and this role requires active engagement with both internal teams and external stakeholders.

You will:

- Actively participate in team meetings, contributing ideas and insights to achieve shared goals.
- Support Sweep-hosted events and promote sustainability initiatives, both internally and externally.
- Serve as a trusted resource for customers and colleagues, addressing challenges proactively and identifying solutions.

**Qualifications**
- You bring a minimum of 2-4 years experience in sustainability—whether in-house or as a consultant. Experience working across multiple sectors is a plus
- You have an appetite for data-related projects, experience in a technical environment or SaaS is a strong bonus.
- Experience in delivering training to a professional audience is a plus.
- A degree in sustainability, environmental science, or a related field
- A good understanding of climate change, carbon accounting, ESG standards, and sustainability overall and the ability to speak the same language as our customers (especially when it comes to carbon accounting)
- Fluency in both French & English is mandatory
